I accept PayPal payments and I also accept credit cards directly through 2Checkout.

Is your site secure?

Yes. When you pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, it's processed on Paypal's site, not through my site. I never even see your credit card number; PayPal informs me when the sale is completed.

When you use a credit card directly, it is processed through 2Checkout, a secure credit card processer.  You order on the site, and then pay within 2Checkout’s secure PCI compliant payment page. 2Checkout informs me when the sale is completed.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

You can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account through PayPal or 2Checkout.

Can you change the sizing on your items?

Sometimes - it depends on the item.  Send me a message trough the contact page and a link or description of the item, and I will let you know ASAP.

How do you ship your jewelry?

I ship eveything through the USPS.  Generally, I ship First Class.  However, if the weight is above 13 ounces, then I ship Priority instead.  I ship things securely in a cardboard box with bubble wrap.

Does your jewelry tarnish?

Some of the materials in my jewelry can oxidize/tarnish.  This is a natural process.  If you don't care for the look, you can clean the jewelry with a gentle cleaner or polish.  The best way to avoid tarnish is to avoid humidity.  While not wearing jewelry, seal it in a Ziploc-style plastic bag.

Do you make all of your jewelry?

Yes, I create everything myself.  While I do not create the beads or individual components, I string every bead, create loops out of wire, and link things together.  I try to create at least one piece of jewelry a day.

Where do you get your beads?

I purchase my beads, components, and findings from all over the country.  I have several trusted sources that I've dealt with for years.  I attend bead shows and purchase online.  When I am able to share the source of an artist-created bead, I often do in the description of the piece.
